Dieticians
often recommend nuts for good health. Do they possess healing powers?
I
am not a dietician but am very well read. Nuts do contain many minerals and
vitamins. Some of them even contain fiber. However, like anything else, if you
eat 1-2 kilos of nuts every week, you are going to add calories. One can eat
anything on the face of this earth but you have to watch how much you eat also.
I have no idea if nuts have healing powers because over the years so much BS
has been written, I have lost faith in nuts.
People who live in countries where
almonds, cashews, pistachios are grown, also tend to be develop all the
illnesses we do – so I am not sure nuts prevent anything. In addition, nuts are
not cheap if you consume them daily. Best advice, eat healthy, walk, do not
smoke and do not listen too much what dieticians say- most of it is crap
anyway.
