Exercise for bipolar


Do you think there is a role for exercise in treatment of bipolar disorder?

Exercise is good for overall health, and I recommend it. Even simple walking is a great Exercise that can help you maintain your weight, enjoy nature and is it free. However, mind you-if you are on lithium do not get yourself dehydrated because this increases levels of lithium in the blood- and you will feel like crap.

Nothing beats walking
